    1. How do I make a purchase?

    Once you have found an item you like, choose your size, your quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page. You can review the items you’ve selected by clicking ‘Shopping Cart’ link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Once you have finalised your order click on ‘ Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.

    1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    You can shop at Paul Carter without creating an account.

    1. How do I create an account at Paul Carter?

    Click the ‘Sign Up’ button and fill in short form, with all your relevant information. Once you have created an account, you can log on to the site and ‘Sign In’. Please not that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out.

    1. How do I edit my details once I have made my account?

    Click on the ‘My Account’ tab and you can edit the details there. Any information you want can be edited and changed there.

    1. Is my personal information kept private?

    Online privacy is of high value to us. All your information is kept private and confidential and will under no circumstances be shared with any third party. Please read our ‘Privacy Policy’ in full detail.

    1. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

    You can reset your password by following the ‘Forgotten Password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page. Please note your old password will not be sent to you for security reasons.

    1. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

    It usually takes around 3-5 working days to deliver our orders from the date of order placed.                 We charge a fixed amount of PKR 100 throughout, Pakistan. Orders exceeding PKR 3000 will incur no delivery cost.

    1. Do you offer same day delivery?

    We do not offer same day delivery at the moment.

    1. Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

    All purchases while in transit from Paul Carter to your shipping address are insured of theft and accidental damage. Once you have signed for it upon delivery then it is no longer covered. We require proof of delivery to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition, hence your signature is required.

    1. Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of taxes?

    Our prices are inclusive of taxes.

    1. Does Paul Carter ship to multiple addresses?

    We Deliver to one address per order. You can place a separate order for each destination.

    1. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can change the size, cancel an item and edit your billing or shipping address.

    1. How can I track my order?

    An Order ID will be emailed as soon as you place the order. You can track your order through this    Order ID. You can also email or call our ‘Customer Service Department’ with the tracking number information to find out about the status of your order.

    1. How do I return or exchange an item?

    You can exchange an item if you are not happy with the size or you want to get another item, given that the item is returned in the same condition as it was delivered with all the labels and tags intact.

    *Please note that delivery fee will be charged again if you exchange an item.
